Delivery Policies

Direct delivery is available upon customer request and must be scheduled in advance. Delivery fee applies based off of location.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to be prepared with the necessary manpower and/or equipment to receive/unload materials delivered by My Metal. If necessary manpower and/or equipment are not ready when delivery is made, driver will return to shop and other pickup arrangements must be made. 

  • Any shipping damage should be noted with the delivery driver. My Metal cannot be responsible for storage or handling damage to material after delivery.
